Cancellation Policy

A non refundable deposit of 25% (subject to a minimum of £50) becomes payable at time of reservation for the full period booked, with full payment due 21 days before date of arrival. In the event of a cancellation within one week of arrival, all monies will be forfeit, a refund of 15% for cancellations of between one and two weeks and the deposit will be lost for cancellations made between two and three weeks before the commencement date. In line with the new GDPR regulations any sensitive information is kept for 1 week after your stay with us and then credit card details are destroyed. We never pass on information to third parties.

In the event of cancellation, we are happy to discuss rearranging travel dates.
